What is it like to participate in an international exhibition in a new country?
This is a question most governments come across when considering taking part in EXPO 2027.
We are here to make things easier with our knowledge of languages, government relations, cultural exchange, and the production of exhibitions and events.
What exactly can we do for you?
Pavilion or stand production
Build from scratch, build according to a design, assemble pre-produced modules, or manage production with a chosen contractor.
Content, press
and broadcast
Produce content for social media channels, manage press relations and press events, and organize live broadcasting.
Events production
and management
Develop from the idea stage, handle venue search and supplier contracting, develop and produce designs, and manage artists and the event.
Guests relations outsourcing
Manage guests for mass or private occasions in and outside the official EXPO venues, and provide concierge services.
Travel and accomodation
Book international and local travel and goods transportation, and manage customs clearance.
Local national office management
Hire and equip a space in or outside EXPO premises, provide technical and hosting services, PA support, and local financial agent services.

We speak English, Finnish, Hebrew, Russian and Serbian.
While English might seem enough in most cases, local language knowledge lets one understand things in detail, especially when communicating with in-line personnel.
In Serbia, local language knowledge is essential, as other languages are not widely used in day-to-day operations.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Overseas projects for governmental and commercial clients are a core part of our practice. Sometimes we deliver A-to-Z production; in some cases, we take care of certain areas. But in all of them, we create stable communication and make things happen.
